Owner/Dentist

Dr. Kolver Matos, our esteemed Owner and Dentist, has a remarkable journey that began in Las Tunas, Cuba. In 1997, he and his family were fortunate winners of a visa lottery to the United States. They settled in the small rural town of Rochelle, Illinois, where Kolver was raised. Since 2016, he has been serving the Wisconsin community.

Kolver’s passion in the dental field lies in building strong relationships with his patients and guiding them on their dental health journey. In his free time, he finds solace in spending quality moments with his family, enjoying sports, and immersing himself in podcasts and long-form conversations. If given the choice of a superpower, Kolver would opt for the ability to fly.

A quote that deeply resonates with him is the beautifully expressed verse from 1 Corinthians 13:4-7, “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. Pam Van Derel

Dental Hygienist

Pam Van Derel, our dedicated Dental Hygienist, was born in West Bend, where she lived until the age of 14. She then relocated to Allenton and went on to graduate from Slinger High School.

What Pam finds most fulfilling in the dental field is the opportunity to connect with people and be a part of their lives. In her leisure time, she enjoys escaping to her cabin in Wisconsin Dells and cherishing moments with her husband, daughters, and granddaughters.

If she could have a superpower, Pam would choose the ability to fly, despite her fear of heights.

Courtney Becker

Dental Hygienist

Courtney Becker, our dedicated Dental Hygienist, was born in Madison and raised in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, where she attended Columbus for grade school.

Courtney’s passion for the dental field is evident through her love for cleaning teeth, an aspect that many might not find enjoyable. In her free time, she engages in various activities, including working out, playing with her children, maintaining her home, reading books, and connecting with family through conversations and visits.

If granted a superpower, Courtney’s choice would be the ability to travel back in time, allowing her to savor and appreciate the small, cherished moments. A quote that resonates with her deeply is by Laura Ingalls Wilder: “It’s the sweet, simple things in life which are the real ones after all.”

Jackie Truse

Office Administrator

Jackie Truse, our Office Administrator, from West Bend, Wisconsin, where she was born and raised. What she derives immense joy from in the dental field is her natural quality as a “people person.”

Jackie finds that her work in this field allows her to not only assist patients in understanding insurance, finances, and treatment plans but also to forge personal connections with them.

She takes joy in learning about their interests, hobbies, and family life, believing that taking the time to truly get to know the patients not only helps them but also makes them feel cherished and valued as part of the team. In her leisure time, Jackie indulges in activities such as hunting and fishing.

Mel Wildman

Dental Assistant

Mel Wildman, our skilled dental assistant, has been brightening smiles since 2018 and proudly calls Jackson home. With a passion for hands-on care and helping restore patients’ confidence in their smiles, she brings both expertise and empathy to every appointment.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and loves cooking alongside her husband. If she could choose a superpower, teleportation would be at the top of her list—perfect for quickly hopping between family gatherings and dream destinations. A quote that continues to inspire her is, “It does not matter how slowly you go, as long as you do not stop.”
